COMPANY / APPROACH

How We Work

Every technical project begins with a clear understanding of its objectives. Our approach focuses on defining the work, confirming commercial requirements and establishing a practical path from initial discussion to delivery.

PROJECT STAGES

FROM DISCUSSION TO HANDOVER.

The stages below describe a full custom engagement. Not every stage applies in the same depth to every service.

  1. 01

    Initial Discussion

We begin by understanding the business objective, technical requirements and expected outcome. Customers can contact us with an existing specification or a general description of the problem they want to solve.

  2. 02

    Requirements Review

The proposed work is reviewed to identify the required functionality, dependencies, customer inputs and potential implementation considerations.

  3. 03

    Scope & Proposal

Before a project proceeds, the applicable deliverables, pricing, schedule and commercial terms are confirmed. The level of documentation depends on the nature and complexity of the service.

  4. 04

    Payment Arrangements

Once the commercial terms have been agreed, payment instructions may be provided separately. The timing and structure of payment depend on the accepted service terms.

  5. 05

    Implementation

Technical work proceeds according to the agreed scope. Activities may include design, development, configuration, integration, testing or technical review, depending on the service.

  6. 06

    Delivery & Handover

Completed work is delivered according to the agreed conditions, including any applicable documentation, access details or handover materials.

TWO PATHS

THE PROCESS DEPENDS ON THE SERVICE.

Predefined services

Services in the catalogue have a published description, a starting scope and an estimated delivery period. For these, the process is usually simpler: you send an enquiry for the selected services, we confirm the details and terms with you, and work begins once they are agreed.

Custom projects

Custom work has no published scope. It goes through a requirements review and an individual proposal covering deliverables, schedule and commercial terms before any implementation starts.

Enquiries and payment

Sending an enquiry does not create an obligation to pay. Payment instructions are only provided separately after terms have been agreed. Details are set out on the Payment Information page and in the Terms of Service.
