INFORMATION

Service Delivery

Service delivery depends on the type of work requested and the terms agreed with the customer. We aim to make project requirements, responsibilities and expected deliverables clear before implementation.

Defining the Scope

Before work starts, the requirements and deliverables for the service are confirmed with the customer in writing. For predefined services, the published description is the starting point; for custom projects, the scope is set out in an individual proposal.

Customer Inputs

Many projects depend on information from the customer, such as content, brand materials, documentation, technical specifications or access to existing systems. The inputs needed are identified when the scope is confirmed.

Access credentials and other sensitive information should only be exchanged through a secure method agreed for the project, not through ordinary email or website forms.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery periods shown in the service catalogue are estimates. Actual timing depends on project complexity, the timely provision of customer inputs and the agreed scope. A delivery schedule is confirmed as part of the agreed terms.

Project Changes

Requests outside the confirmed scope may require additional review and may affect the price and delivery time. Changes are agreed before the additional work is carried out.

Review & Handover

Deliverables are provided for review and handed over as set out in the accepted service arrangement. Depending on the service, handover may include files, documentation, deployment or access details.

Additional Support

Maintenance, updates and further technical work after delivery are not automatically included in every service. They can be agreed separately, for example through the Website Maintenance service or an individual arrangement.

This page is a general overview. The rights and obligations of each party are governed by the Terms of Service, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms agreed for the specific service.
